CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

Following the update from Boris Johnson on the evening of Sunday 22nd March, our offices are now closed and all staff are working from home until a time when Government guidelines confirm that a “lock down” situation is no longer a threat to our communities.

When you call our office no 01642 713720, you will be directed to a voicemail requesting that you either your Case Manager directly if you are a client/Deputy, Aly Robinson, Registered Manager if it’s a staffing/quality issue on 07986 339251 or if it’s a business/operational question, to call myself on 07384 215446 and one of us will deal with or direct your call accordingly. If you do not have the direct number of the Case Manager in question, the “Our Team” section directs you to their own CV which details all of their contact details/email addresses.

We are closely monitoring advice on the COVID-19 outbreak and are following the national guidance to operate as close to a business as usual basis as possible.
