We have been rated `Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission and are regulated for both Personal Care and the treatment of disease, disorder and injury (TDDI). however, this certainly doesn’t mean that we sit back and put our feet up!

,Our aim is to continuously exceed the expectations of not only our own clients but the care professionals we work alongside and to achieve this, we have an on-going commitment to quality assurance that is:


  • An open, honest and transparent approach in all areas
  • Achieved Investors in People Gold Award in July 2021, development until July 2024
  • Regular client contact/documented either face to face or virtual meetings and reviews of documentation
  • Regulated recruitment processes in line with client requirements 
  • Training and development of all staff that work at CCMS
  • Safeguarding/Complaint/concern/incident management system and processes 
  • Monthly internal quality assurance and case management meeting
  • Clinical and operational governance reviews
  • Regular monthly audit checks of on-going operational activities
  • Yearly client/staff questionnaires to ensure ongoing continuous improvement reviews
